Eduardo Rodriguez Siblesz is a dual-qualified business attorney with an international background in arbitration, cross-border corporate law, and investment structuring. Licensed to practice in both Venezuela and Florida (USA), and with significant professional experience in Spain, Eduardo brings a global legal perspective to clients involved in international disputes, private offerings, and transnational corporate transactions.

He began his legal career in Caracas, Venezuela, where he worked on corporate transactions, due diligence, tax and probate matters, and the registration of foreign investments in local companies. He later joined a renowned arbitration boutique in Madrid, Spain, where he supported ICSID and commercial arbitral tribunals by drafting procedural orders and awards, conducting legal research on international law issues, and managing institutional communications. These experiences solidified his commitment to international legal practice.

At Saltiel Law Group, Eduardo advises domestic and international clients on corporate, transactional, and commercial litigation matters. His work includes structuring investment vehicles, executing private offerings in accordance with Regulation D and Regulation S, handling M&A transactions, incorporating entities for foreign investors, and advising on trademark registration, IP licensing, and franchising. He also contributes to litigation strategy, including the development of complex legal arguments before state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Eduardo holds a Juris Doctor from Florida International University (FIU) College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and received an Honorable Mention as Best Speaker at Moot Madrid 2024. He also earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Innovation from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, and holds an LL.B. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas.

He is fully proficient in both English and Spanish and is a member of the Caracas Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Miami International Arbitration Society, and the Club Español e Iberoamericano de Arbitraje. His professional activities also include academic mentoring in international arbitration competitions, reflecting his dedication to legal excellence and the development of emerging legal talent.
