Ciudad de México, 13 de enero de 2025 – Hefesto Asesores, Firma Legal con presencia en México y Estados Unidos mediante la iniciativa Hefesto Global, fungió como asesor legal en cuanto a la estructuración y operación del Fondo que apunta a convertirse en uno de los principales vehiculos de inversión en activos tokenizados administrado por mexicanos.
Omen Capital, firma especializada en gestión y creación de portafolios inmobiliarios en diversas jurisdicciones, ha estructurado “Inmaterial” como un medio para permitir a sus inversionistas la participación en rendimientos de activos inmobiliarios tokenizados en México y Estados Unidos.
A través del fondo “Inmaterial”, la firma boutique inmobiliaria busca seguir capitalizando su amplia experiencia financiera en el sector inmobiliario y tecnológico para generar rendimientos a sus inversionistas, mediante diversas herramientas legales, financieras y de inteligencia artificial.
“Inmaterial fue estructurado como un vehículo jurídico que permite la participación en proyectos inmobiliarios tokenizados, de forma ágil y flexible, pero a la vez, dotando de certeza jurídica a los inversionistas del fondo, por lo que nos sentimos muy entusiasmados respecto del mismo”, señaló Federico Vázquez, Managing Partner de Hefesto Asesores.
