Emiliana C. Gallegos is an Associate Attorney at Saltiel Law Group, where she supports the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice. Her work includes legal research, case analysis, discovery, motion practice, and the preparation of legal memoranda and other litigation materials for matters involving contractual and business-related disputes.

Prior to joining Saltiel Law Group, Emiliana gained experience working on commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, non-competition agreements, and other complex business disputes. She also assisted with the preparation of an appellate brief involving a contractual dispute and supported discovery and document review in preparation for settlement conferences and other stages of litigation.

Emiliana also developed experience in commercial real estate and financial transactions. Her work included reviewing commercial leases, tenant estoppel certificates, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, loan documents, and term sheets. She also assisted with UCC and lien searches, transactional due diligence, and the preparation of closing binders for financial transactions.

At Saltiel Law Group, Emiliana works with the litigation team to support domestic and international clients navigating business disputes. Her bilingual background and exposure to both litigation and transactional matters allow her to approach legal issues with an understanding of the broader commercial considerations involved.

Emiliana earned her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where she received a merit scholarship and served as an Associate Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review. She also participated in the Immigration Justice Clinic, served as a Legal Skills Lawyering Fellow, and was a member of the Latin American Law Student Association.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Florida, with a minor in Business Administration and a Certificate in International Relations. While at the University of Florida, she received a full-tuition merit scholarship, served as a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science, and participated in a study abroad program at the Heavener School of Business in Madrid, Spain.

Emiliana is admitted to practice law in Florida and Massachusetts. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
