Isabella Guerra Cerón is a legal professional with an international academic background and experience across entertainment, intellectual property, sports law, and immigration.
She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law from the University of Miami School of Law.
Prior to joining Saltiel Law Group, Isabella served as a Legal Advisor and Compliance Assistant at the Parlamento Andino in Bogotá, where she contributed to the development of regional legal frameworks, cooperation agreements, and legislative resolutions among Andean Community member states. This experience provided her with a strong understanding of cross-border regulatory dynamics and multilateral legal coordination.
She also gained experience in corporate and transactional matters during her internship at Baranda Lawyers Consulting, where she supported contract drafting, due diligence processes, and corporate transactions. In the United States, she further expanded her legal exposure as a Law Clerk at Catholic Legal Services in Miami, assisting in immigration matters and client support.
Isabella is fluent in English and Spanish and brings a cross-border perspective that allows her to navigate both Latin American and U.S. legal frameworks effectively.
