Lorenzo Laurita is an Associate Attorney at Saltiel Law Group, where he advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial transactions. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private investments, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and the formation and structuring of business entities and investment vehicles.

His work spans the legal structuring and negotiation of transactions and their underlying agreements, including stock and asset purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, subscription and investment agreements, and promissory notes. In acquisitions and investments, he evaluates entity structures, contractual obligations, and legal risks that inform transaction terms. He also counsels clients on corporate restructurings, securities law, and regulatory compliance.

His practice extends to private investment vehicles, real estate ventures, and projects involving blockchain and tokenization. He works with entrepreneurs, investors, and established businesses on capital raising and strategic transactions, including cross-border transactions involving the United States and Latin America.

Lorenzo earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University (FIU) College of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List, served as Vice President of the Negotiation and Mediation Team, and was a member of the Moot Madrid International Arbitration Team. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from FIU and is admitted to The Florida Bar.
