With 27+ years of accounting in a law firm setting, 12+ years as a controller, Tony is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards; manage the firm’s budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and tax filings, as well as monitoring cash flow and managing accounts receivable and payable. Work closely with firm leadership to provide financial insights, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making, while maintaining financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Additionally, supervise the accounting team and implement internal controls to safeguard the firm’s assets.
