Victor Arca is a litigation attorney focused on complex commercial disputes, cross-border transactions, and regulatory advisory work involving fintech, financial services, and emerging technologies. He advises and represents clients in high-stakes issues where legal risk, financial exposure, and operational impact require a strategic, business-oriented approach.

His practice includes representing national and international clients in proceedings before Florida state and federal courts, handling matters such as commercial disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, financial services litigation, cybersecurity and wire fraud cases, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, real estate disputes and other high-value business conflicts, delivering solutions aligned with his clients’ broader strategic objectives.

In addition to his litigation work, Victor advises companies operating in highly regulated and technology-driven sectors, particularly in fintech, cross-border payment systems, instant payment infrastructure, and trade finance mechanisms. His experience includes supporting clients on regulatory compliance, licensing processes, and the structuring of innovative business models, including those involving digital assets, tokenization, and artificial intelligence applications.

Victor’s international experience allows him to effectively navigate multi-jurisdictional matters. Prior to joining Saltiel Law Group, he practiced with leading law firms in Miami, Spain, and India, handling complex disputes in commercial, real estate, intellectual property, and cross-border litigation. He also worked at the European Commission in Brussels on Digital Single Market initiatives, contributing to proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union involving technology and market access.

Earlier in his career, he served as a fellow law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he worked on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.

Victor earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law. He also holds a Master in Public Management from the University of Barcelona and a civil law degree with honors from Pablo de Olavide University in Spain.

Victor is admitted to practice in Florida and Spain.

He is fluent in English, French and Spanish, with additional proficiency in Portuguese.
