Yvonne is a seasoned legal professional with over 35 years of experience, specializing in law firm administration. She began her career at a prestigious law firm with over 120 attorneys in their Business Development and Marketing Department. During her tenure, Yvonne developed extensive expertise in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Collections, Business Development and Marketing, and Recruiting, gaining a comprehensive understanding of law firm operations.

For the past 15 years, Yvonne has excelled as a dedicated law firm administrator, managing daily operations, and driving strategic growth initiatives across various legal practices. Her professional background also includes notable experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors, where she worked alongside a prominent neurosurgeon at Miami’s Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Currently, Yvonne serves as the Legal Administrator for Saltiel Law Group (SLG), where she plays a key role in optimizing operations, supporting growth, and advancing the firm’s strategic focus on Business Law in the Latin American market.
