Andrés Hernández Presents on AI Applications in Probate Practice

Andrés Hernández, Lead Tax Counsel at Saltiel Law Group, recently served as a speaker for the Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE) webinar, Improving Probate With AI: A Paralegal’s Guide, held on September 24, 2026.

During the program, Andrés addressed practical ways artificial intelligence can be incorporated into probate workflows, including how probate processes can be mapped and evaluated before implementing AI tools, as well as opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-assisted document drafting, information extraction, summaries, checklists, and form-based workflows.
